Each property operates with a hands-on approach ensuring staff (yours or ours) are given the best opportunity to increase the performance of the operation and in doing so, achieve valuable skills development which is pivotal to realising an overall increase in industry competency levels and return on investment.

Management options (under lease or management contract) include total facility management (with Breakaway Tourism or Avocet Island employees), remote operations management (overseeing your staff), or operations & project management (managing facility development/redevelopment and operations) to an agreed time frame.
