Final 'Hospitality Graduate Enhancement Program' Chef available for employment!
I would like to introduce to you, one of our Hospitality Graduate Enhancement Program (HGEP) chefs, Anna Sie, who has just completed her 2 year placement at The Precinct Restaurant as a Commis Chef – progressing to a Chef de Partie role (under a Training and Research Visa (subclass 402) as an ‘Occupational Trainee’), sponsored by The Cantillon Institute with host employer The Precinct. Anna successfully completed her Diploma of Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) in 2014.
Anna is now seeking employment with a high quality employer willing to sponsor her under a Temporary Work (Skilled) visa (subclass 457) arrangement (Anita is from Malaysia and speaks/writes English, Chinese, Malay, Foochow and Hokkien). Anna currently satisfies all eligibility requirements for this visa pathway and is available for immediate interviews.
The Cantillon Institute will be closing its doors in Perth this week due to a merge with another Registered Training Organisation so will be unable to continue sponsoring Anna under her 402 Visa arrangements with host employer The Precinct.
As Anna’s HGEP program manager over the past two years, I can certainly confirm she is an incredibly hard worker, reliable and cool, calm and collected in an extremely busy working environment. She is loyal, dedicated to her trade as a professional Chef, and would be a great asset to your kitchen brigade.
