Michael has been involved in the tourism, recreation, lifestyle and mining industries for over fifteen years. He has an intimate knowledge of front line tourism operations having managed quality tourism properties throughout Western Australia, Northern Territory and Queensland. Michael is well versed in all aspects of project management from design and regulatory approvals to project administration and implementation of operational systems.
Through various projects, Michael has developed a comprehensive knowledge of site aquisitions; caravan park / lifestyle and mining village developments; and modular building, which has seen him involved in the manufacture and distribution of modular accommodation, park homes, site offices and amenities buildings to suit industries such as hospitality, mining, tourism, lifestyle, construction and local government.
Michael has produced and implemented numerous feasibility and business case studies and strategies for local government and the private sector. He also develops and implements standards compliant policy, procedure and operational documents for a range of industries.
Michael also currently works with Fleetwood Corporation Ltd as Aquisitions and Development Manager Parks & Villages.

Michelle brings a wealth of tourism, hospitality, events, caravan & camping, recreation, marketing, project management, workforce development planning, vocational education and training experience to Breakaway Tourism Pty Ltd and has an extensive network of industry and State and Federal government contacts and resources. Michelle holds qualifications in Tourism; Tourist Park Management; Training and Assessment; and Business Marketing fields.
Originally commencing her career in front line tourism, hospitality and events roles, Michelle has utilised her working knowledge and skills in industry progressing to senior management, business development, sales and marketing, and project management positions that have enhanced the productivity, quality and capacity of industry operators through local, regional, state and national initiatives.

Michelle has also worked as a relief general manager in a range of hospitality, tourism and lifestyle village operations across Australia.
